LSI Announces its New VP of Lighting Products
Michael Prachar was a match not only for his skills introducing new products but in being able to effectively work products in multiple markets at the same time, his new company says.
Cincinnati-based LSI Industries, a provider of interior and exterior LED lighting solutions, announces the hiring of Michael Prachar as its new vice president for lighting products.
In his new role, Prachar will lead the company’s lighting department, including helping develop new products and creating customized solutions based on clients’ needs.
LSI says Prachar’s background includes time spent as a senior product and marketing executive for companies such as Honeywell, Emerson, Milacron and Rexnord Industries.
“As LSI is continuously focused on new product innovation and development, we needed a strong strategist, an experienced performer and leader to boost our capabilities and to respond quickly to product and application trends,” says Scott Coleman, the company’s chief marketing officer. “So, we are thrilled to have a person of Mike Prachar’s talents on our team to accelerate this process.
