Learning from Challenges within Your Business
At the very least, you learned new problem-solving skills in the process.
Once a problem within your business is dealt with, step back and ask yourself what opportunities were gained from this experience, and how is it ultimately going to change your culture as you grow toward the future. Have you created a new culture, a new market, or a new product? Are you moving into a new direction or have you at least altered your course from the way it was before? The results may not be quite that drastic, but you may be surprised how things have changed. At the very least, you taught yourself a lesson on how to be more pragmatic about the way you look at things and learned new problem-solving skills in the process.
