Laguna Tools to Expand its Industrial Division
The company says it is responding to customer demand by putting an emphasis on introducing more industrial-grade machines.
Irvine, California-based CNC router manufacturer Laguna Tools Inc. announces that it will be expanding its line of professional-quality industrial woodworking machinery.
The company has been manufacturing machinery for professional woodworkers, including heavy-duty bandsaws, panelsaws, jointers, planers, sanders, and edgebanders, since 1983. It is this line of products that will be added to, the company says.
“Listening to our customers’ demand for an even broader line of professional industrial machines, we have created a new division that will focus specifically on the development of these products,” says Rick Kerrigan, Laguna’s Industrial Division sales manager.
The company also serves the high-end hobbyist and light industrial markets, and it has a CNC division that includes CO2 lasers, fiber lasers and plasma machines.
Along with introducing new products to its industrial division, the company is also lowering the price of every industrial machine it sells, says Kerrigan.
