IES Partners with Local Nashville Creatives on that City’s First-Ever Design Week
IES says this special week is a great chance for it to demonstrate all of its capabilities to designers and other creative types in its hometown.
Nashville, Tennessee-based IES-formerly Ingram Express Services, announces that it is a branding sponsor for Nashville’s first-ever Design Week Nov. 8-15. The event is designed to the city with festivities to unite the design community, promote collaboration, idea sharing, public engagement and ultimately elevate the impact of Nashville’s strong design community.
As part of its sponsorship, IES will host an event for Nashville’s best and brightest creatives at its headquarters.
The company says that its “We BELIEVE in DESIGN” event will allow it to share its breadth of knowledge of the large-format print and distribution industries, and how crucial print still is in today’s digital marketing world.
“We are so excited to be involved in Nashville’s first Design Week,” says IES’s Hadley Williams. “We will show attendees our new printing, kitting, and shipping facilities and demonstrate the cutting-edge printing capabilities we have right here in Nashville. This will be a great opportunity for creatives across all communities to understand the materials and process of print and its distribution.”
The free event will be Monday, Nov. 12 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at IES, 337 Hill Ave., Nashville. The company says it’s open to anyone who has interest in graphic design, marketing or creative fields, but space is limited so be sure to register.
“This will be a great, hands-on experience to ask questions about print and the materials behind it,” says Novella Coppedge with IES. “It is so exciting to us to be able to show off our capabilities and see businesses get inspired to grow their own business through our services. People see our work all over town, now they will get to see how and where it is produced.”
