4 Simple Steps for Sandcarving Metal Products

1. Select a sandcarving film such as Lazermask or SR3000 Self-Stick 3mil or 4mil photoresist film.
2. Apply a sandcarving stencil to the metal project and prepare for sandcarving.
3. Sandcarve using aluminum oxide or silicon carbide 150 grit. Sandcarve the item until the polish or coating is removed.
4. After the item is sandcarved, there is an option to add a paint-fill application. Remove the sandcarving stencil and clean the item.
