Jen Carney, Carbon Wraps & Women of Wraps

Part of a husband-and-wife team, Jen has owned and operated Carbon Wraps in Orlando, Florida, since 2009. The company started as and continues to be a primarily color change and vehicle restyling shop. Jen started on the business side of things and began focusing more on installations over a decade ago. The team travels as 3M authorized trainers and are opening a 3M authorized training facility. Jen also heads up Women of Wraps, where women in the industry can be highlighted for their accomplishments. Her attention to detail and love for the wrap world is also utilized as a judge at GPX WRAPSCON’s Wrap Olympics.
Nicole Pape, Embellishr

Nicole Pape is the founder and CEO of Embellishr, a marketplace for premium pre-owned and new production equipment, serving the apparel, promo, and print decoration industries. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in high-output environments, Nicole built her career from the ground up, mastering everything from manual printing to full-scale automation and production optimization. Before founding Embellishr in 2022, Nicole was a partner in a major West Coast commercial embellishment facility and held a pivotal role with equipment manufacturer ROQ US. Based in Reno, Nevada, Nicole is also a proud mom to an 8-year-old son, a visual artist, and a lifelong lover of architecture, travel, and creative expression.
