A Lubbock woman whose young daughter needed to wear a helmet contacted Wrap Buddies, a nonprofit in Dallas founded by Tommy Strader and Felecia Dunn of 360 Wraps Inc. in Dallas, and it put her in touch with Toby Stephens, owner of Elite Sign.
