Founder Sport Group names Mike Seferyn as chief information officer.

CHARLOTTE, NC-Founder Sport Group announces Mike Seferyn as chief information officer (CIO). In this role, Seferyn oversees all of the company’s technology initiatives, including digital platforms and tools, backend infrastructure and systems, and information security.

Seferyn comes to the company from Dollar Tree, where he served as Divisional CIO and led IT strategy, service delivery, and project delivery for the $10B chain of more than 8,000 stores. Before that, Seferyn served as vice president of retail solutions for Lowe’s Home Improvement. In that role, Seferyn lead application strategy and project delivery across multiple business units. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Florida State University.
