Chien will bring a wealth of experience to his new role, according to FLEXcon North America president, Lavon Winkler.

“Harrison comes to us with more than 15 years of experience in the printing, packaging and labeling industry as a sales and marketing executive for companies such as Luxfer Corp., Rotometrics Corp., Sev-Rend Corp. and U.S. Tape and Label Corp.,” Winkler said. “Harrison has demonstrated success driving growth by uncovering new markets and applications and setting strategies related to branding, marketing communications and product management.”

Chien’s work history includes more than a decade in the adhesive and labeling industry, overseeing the sales of both consumables and labeling equipment. His comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the industry will serve him well as he commits to enhancing the productivity and sales growth of FLEXcon’s customers, his new company says.

Chien most recently served as vice-president of sales and marketing at Luxfer Corp. in Madison, Illinois. There, he was responsible for strategy creation and growth in North and South America, Europe and Southeast Asia, including Japan, Taiwan and Australia. He also oversaw the company’s global sales and customer service teams while driving marketing initiatives to uncover new markets and applications.

“I look forward to further developing FLEXcon’s sales team and supporting their efforts to expand into new markets and applications, ultimately leading to greater success for our customers as we strengthen those relationships,” Chien said. “Our goal will be to reach new and existing customers with sound business strategies that enable them to take full advantage of FLEXcon’s vast industry expertise and product offerings.”
