Federal Heath Names New Warranty Manager
Neal Nichols has only been in the sign business a few years but his new company says he has a knack for understanding processes.
Euless, Texas-based full-service sign and graphics company Federal Heath names Neal Nichols as its new warranty manager.
Nichols has been the operations manager for the company’s Racine, Wisconsin, location since 2016.
Before joining Federal Heath, Nichols worked in the automotive, aerospace and electrical OEM industries, which helped him hone his operational skills with an eye toward constantly improving processes and reducing waste.
The announcement was made by Christopher Tuohy, the company’s director of manufacturing operations.
