Featured Project: Custom Ambulance Car Wrap

The team at Stafford Grafix and Apparel used 3M 1080 vinyl and a Mutoh ValueJet printer to complete the project

In this recent project, submitted by Stafford Grafix and Apparel, a local ambulance service wanted three of its 2021 Ford Explorers wrapped.

You’ll see that only about half of the white vehicles are wrapped with vinyl. The team at Stafford Grafix and Apparel used 3M 1080 gloss vinyl in the color raspberry to complete the project. It used the same vinyl in white, printed using a 48″ Mutoh ValueJet, for the accents.

According to owner Weldon Stafford, one challenge of this project was the rear contours, and per customer request, not being able to remove molding for application.

The apparel and graphics shop, based out of Midville, Georgia, offers everything from screen printing and heat applied graphics to embroidery, signs, vinyl graphics, wide-format printing, and vehicle wraps.
