SILICON VALLEY, Calif.-Fanatics and Operation Hat Trick (OHT), a nonprofit organization that raises awareness for wounded veterans through branded merchandise, announce an expansion of their partnership. The organizations say the move comes as the existing agreement has passed the $1 million in funds raised for donations to designated groups by OHT.

Through the partnership, Fanatics is licensed to manufacture OHT apparel products as well as source products from “existing and future OHT licensed apparel and non-apparel manufacturers,” according to a statement on OHT’s website. Fanatics will also provide branded and co-branded products across its digital e-commerce channels.

“Fanatics is a leader in the sports licensed products industry, was an early supporter of OHT, and has continued to offer OHT branded products since our founding,” says Dot Sheehan, founder and CEO of Operation Hat Trick. “We’re very enthusiastic about our expanded partnership with Fanatics, which will significantly increase financial support for injured veterans and service members.”

OHT, a 501c3 organization, increases awareness, support, and funding for the recovery of wounded service members and veterans through the sale of branded merchandise. The organization distributes proceeds to selected organizations that support the organization’s mission. Founded in college licensing, the brand maintains support from professional leagues as well as brands in and outside of the sports market.

“It’s incredible what OHT has been able to accomplish over the years through their various grassroots initiatives, and their commitment to assisting members of the military is something we are very proud to stand behind,” states Derek Eiler, Fanatics College president. “We look forward to significantly expanding our partnership with OHT to raise funding and awareness for their mission.”
