Citadel Brands Appoints Director of New Business Development

CHARLOTTE, N.C.-Citadel Brands announces the appointment of Darrell Mabe to director of new business development. Mabe’s role is effective March 21.

“With 20-plus years of proven success in the apparel industry, Darrell will be responsible for developing new and expanding existing business by creating customized solutions to customers’ core needs,” the company says in a statement.

Mabe comes to the newly-created role with an extensive background in the garment industry, including a recent stint as senior manager of national accounts for Hanes. Mabe serves Citadel from corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
