Brother DTG Launches ‘Partner Portal’ for Customers
The new site-within-a-site is meant to serve as a "one-stop-shop" for Brother customers who are looking to find things and place an order quickly.
Bridgewater, New Jersey-based Brother DTG, manufacturers of direct-to-garment printers, announces its “Partner Portal.” The company says the “one-stop website” allows customers to order products and stay up to date with important changes and announcements regarding printers and equipment. It also allows users to search for consumables, inks, and accessories using a search engine or navigation bar.
Users can browse the full line of Brother printers and ancillary equipment including pretreatment machines and heat presses, as well as accessories like platens and consumables. Each product includes a picture and description, as well as its designated printer model compatibility. Most accessories now have an informational video, which includes details on how the product works and its advantages. The portal also logs all purchases for future reference, ensuring customers order the products they need and know their refill dates.
A news section of the website keeps customers updated on equipment, firmware, and software as well as upcoming trade shows and events.
To access the portal, customers need to register for the Brother Authorized Partner Program. To do this, go to www.brotherdtg.com/supplies. A prompt will ask for contact information and the equipment serial number or name of the distributor from which the customer purchased a machine.
Users can input credit card information or apply for terms so that future purchases are “quick and seamless,” according to the company. Tax-exempt users can submit a tax resale certification to prevent being charged sales tax on each purchase.
