TREVOSE, Pa.-Alphabroder, together with its hard goods division Prime Line, announces the acquisition of Golden State Activewear. In the announcement, alphabroder notes Golden State’s focus on the right product assortment and superior customer service.

Norm Hullinger, CEO of alphabroder, says, “Golden State has built an amazing business. We couldn’t be more proud to be partnering with Scott and Laurie.”

As for operations, the Golden State team will mostly remain the same. Scott and Laurie Prestine, Golden State’s founders, take on critical roles within the alphabroder organization. Stu Smith, Amy Carroll, Lee-Ann Stanley, and Chris Beard join the alphabroder family.
