alphabroderTREVOSE, Pa.-Alphabroder announces the acquisition of New England-based Commonwealth Cotton. The independent wholesaler has served the region since 1987.

Alphabroder says Commonwealth’s “outstanding business through (a) focus on the right assortment of products and excellent customer service,” align well with the company’s values, making the acquisition a welcome addition to the alphabroder’s family of brands.

“We are extremely excited and proud to be aligning with Commonwealth Cotton,” states Norm Hullinger, CEO of alphabroder. “There is both a business and cultural fit here that will benefit the companies and our customers.”

With the acquisition, David Cramer, Commonwealth Cotton founder and president remains engaged in the business, transitioning to a senior sales position with alphabroder.

The news comes as the latest acquisition for alphabroder. In late 2017, the company announced the acquisition of promotional products supplier Prime Line.
