Some best practices when working with sublimation include:

Preparation

Have your equipment set up and ready to go. This includes correct times and temps for products and equipment. Also be sure your machine’s pressure is set for the substrate.

Workspace

Your workspace should be neat and clean. When making certain items, leave space for cooling buckets, towels, parchment or butcher paper, heat tape, etc.

Safety precautions

Please have heat-resistant gloves handy at all times. Wearing gloves helps when lifting the substrate due to extreme heat and, of course, safety first. A medical kit and fire extinguisher should be within arms distance.
