What business questions should I be asking myself as an awards retailer?

Do I have repeat business for at least 95 percent of the customers that I sell to who have need for my product season after? If the answer is no, then ask yourself why.

Am I the one that does most of the sales? If not, have you really provided training or even made suggestions to your sales staff? If the answer is no, then ask, ‘Now what do I do?’

Are you a positive and encouraging person? Do you compliment your staff often? Do you enjoy being around others?
