  • Quality means making sure your product is the best it can be-for the best price.
  • Price doesn’t mean cheap or expensive, but it does require you to look at the quality of your work and provide customers with a realistic price.
  • Skill will also help determine the two pillars above. Skill is about doing something different than the other guys-something that makes you and your shop stand out.
  • Finally, customer service is a given in any business. With apparel, customer service requires clear communication of expectations and understanding what the customer wants and getting it right the first time.
