Over the years, I have determined that it isn’t the problems that we have in business that directly affect our destination, but often the way in which we react to our problems that determines our destination and what degree of success we will enjoy. What I have discovered about employees is that in order to benefit from everyone who works for you, it is important to take your time and not let your emotions overrule your good judgment.

Most negatives in business can be turned into some form of positive, at least if we have the time and creativity to think. The problem is that we live in such a fast-paced society that most of us are too busy making a living; we don’t have the time to make the money we are capable of – if you react instead of taking the time to think through a problem, then your chance of success is less.
