Urns are a fast-growing segment as burial costs have grown dramatically. The vast majority of urn engraving orders are placed by crematories or mortuaries. Occasionally, I have an order directly from a family. I have partnered with a local urn builder who sells to more than a half-dozen regional mortuaries and crematories. He offers a service to handle engraving for his clients. We keep a small inventory of his urns on hand (at his expense) so I can handle rush orders efficiently.
