Sandcarving a Graphic Artist’s Design

Just because someone is a graphic artist doesn't mean they know how to produce the artwork necessary for sandcarving.

Just because someone is a graphic artist does not mean they are able to produce the artwork necessary for sandcarving. Most graphic artists are taught to deal with images in reference to printing or web applications, and they have no clue as to what is important in an image to be able to blast it. You may need to convert the artwork to a vector file format, making it easier to work with.
