How can an awards retailer get repeat customers to buy new products?

The awards and recognition product variety continue to grow even though most customers can be slow to adopt new product materials and types. Our customer base is so busy, most are no longer asking for what’s new – they want to continue with the products they have used in the past and rarely want to spend the time to consider the newest. You must display new products in a visible location for customers to see.
