Seven tips to sustain success in your sublimation business.

If you’ve expanded your service offerings to include sublimation, be mindful of how to sustain and grow it with these seven tips:

  1. Offer customers samples of new and existing products.
  2. Use point-of-purchase displays that promote both products and marketing programs.
  3. Be sure to take advantage of every method of customer contact. These can include on-hold messages, web promotions and promotional fliers with purchases and mailings.
  4. Consider a referral program for existing customers to reward them for bringing you new customers.
  5. Take advantage of your existing contacts. Work through these clients to present your programs to schools, churches, clubs, sports, etc.
  6. Find wholesale partners that can reach profitable customers.
  7. Make continuing education a priority in your business with training in sublimation, CorelDraw, Photoshop and marketing, to name a few.
