How should I prepare for a high-volume UV-LED printing project?

It’s important to consider both production time and the amount of ink you will need to fulfill high-volume UV-LED print orders. Larger UV flatbed printers have print areas that can hold hundreds of items, but in most cases, these items must be placed by hand, which is labor intensive. Be sure to take this into consideration when determining the labor required to fulfill these types of orders.

An effective way of maximizing efficiency is to create fixtures or jigs. When jigs are being made, measure multiple items to ensure the size and dimensions of the jig are sufficient for holding the objects. Never assume that all of the products being printed on are the same size – measure and re-measure.
