How do you convert an outlined image to a centerline in CorelDRAW?

If you have an outlined image and want to add a centerline, the easiest way would be to make a copy of your outlined object, convert the outlined object into a bitmap, then centerline trace the copied bitmap image and add that centerline to the original outlined object.
