Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2019 is a life-affirming color hue: PANTONE 16-1546 Living Coral; Hex code: FA7268.
Knowing that it is the Pantone Color of the Year, I use that as motivation to incorporate it in my designs. For example, I used Living Coral to create a flourish pattern and then added a different color background that can change the look completely. Using that same flourish coral design and adding the background color Atoll (Hex #7a7a32) gives it a rich, bold look and accents Living Coral beautifully. Read more about Pantone’s Color of the Year.
