Phil is a 3M Graphics Application Sales Trainer for Commercial Solutions in the 3M Training Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He started working in the graphics industry at age 14, and now finds the most enjoyment from training new installers on essential techniques. He hopes his students walk away able to add more value to their business by making fewer mistakes and speeding up the process.
