SHARON, Mass.-Charles River Apparel launches its second annual Clothing for a Cause campaign. This year’s program focuses on three specific causes, providing “comfort, support, and joy to youth and families.”

“Charles River’s mission is to create a culture that is passionate about giving back,” says Deb Lipsett, founder of Charles River Cares. “As a family-owned business, we are grateful to be able to give back to such important causes in our community.”

According to the company, 10% of the total sales of each giveback style will be used to support the mission of the following three charities:

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, helping children reach their potential through one-on-one mentoring relationships
  • Christmas in the City, bringing comfort and joy to children and families in need by addressing homelessness
  • Camp Kesem, helping children impacted by parental cancer through peer support

The company plans to host pop-up stores throughout the year, one for each cause, to raise awareness and support for the company’s various Charles River Cares programs.

For more information on which Charles River items qualify as a giveback style, visit www.charlesriverapparel.com/charles-river-cares and click “Clothing for a Cause.”
