FREDERICKTOWN, Mo.-Cap America donates over 10,000 fleece caps to the Fredericktown United Methodist Church’s annual coat drive and its local Salvation Army. These caps go to those in need during the cold Missouri winters.

Maria Weekley, Cap America’s community outreach specialist, states, “Last year, the local Methodist church handed out over 400 coats to members of the community. The Salvation Army distributes coats and other articles of clothing to their offices between here (Fredericktown) and St. Louis. They give the clothes to a variety of people from homeless people they encounter to individuals that come in seeking assistance.”

“We’re always happy to help out our local community,” says the company’s president and COO Mark Gammon. “We’re fortunate to be in a position where we can give back to the community that supports us.”
