Texsource Expects Larger Turnouts for Upcoming Classes

Texsource Screen Printing Supply anticipates a larger turnout for its spring and early summer classes.

KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C.-Texsource Screen Printing Supply anticipates a larger turnout for its spring and early summer classes. One opportunity, in particular, the CorelDRAW and Four-Color Process Printing class, will be a two-day event held April 11-12 at its North Carolina facility.

According to Texsource’s webmaster Caleb Morgan, CorelDRAW expert Pancho Angulo will lead the intensive two-day class. Topics covered will include special effects, spot and process color separations, Corel technique “trace to vector and jpeg,” as well as appropriate half-tone count.

Additionally, Intro to Screen Printing will be held on May 17. Morgan says this is one of Texsource’s most popular classes, which covers the entire printing process from start to finish and segments of hands-on learning. Each course comes with a free lunch.

The company’s North Carolina facility is not the only location offering classes this spring. Texsource Georgia holds an Intro to Water Based Printing class on March 14 and 15. Morgan says, “Participants will be able to pick which date they’d like to attend. If you’re new to water-based printing, or even if you use it often, this a great opportunity to learn the benefits of not only water-based but discharge printing as well.” In addition to this class, the Georgia facility also holds an Intro to Screen Printing course, on May 16.
