It is suggested to use a thermocouple to check the temperature of your heat press. You can purchase a basic one for around $25. Just because your temperature gauge on your heat press says it is a certain temperature, doesn’t mean that it is actually at that temperature. Without correct temperatures, you will have a hard time getting correct results.
