Heat Transfer Warehouse celebrates its 10th anniversary as a provider of heat transfer materials to the apparel decoration industry.
In 2010, Kirk Anton opened Heat Transfer Warehouse in Fargo, North Dakota. He had a vision of becoming the go-to company for big business and small crafters in need of heat transfer vinyl. Ten years later, the company operates four locations across the United States with more than 35 team members.
“It’s not about how the numbers go day after day, but the direction we’re going. The challenge for me is to find where we can go and what we can do to improve,” Anton says.
According to a release on the milestone, one of Heat Transfer Warehouse’s core values is embracing change. In the last 10 years, the company has undergone various changes, including updating its website three times to improve the customer experience. Anton says, “We really have to double down on technology and take some risks.”
In line with this value, an updated website was launched in January that features improved layout and search features.
On March 4, the Fargo headquarters plans to celebrate the milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the FMWF Chamber of Commerce. The event will also commemorate the recent expansion of the Fargo headquarters office.
Looking back at 10 years of business, Tricia Huson, co-owner of Heat Transfer Warehouse, says, “I think the thing I’m most proud of is our commitment to our culture and to giving back; we wouldn’t be the company we are without those things.”
