St Regis Group Announces Partnership with Ritter Pen

St Regis Group announces a partnership with Ritter Pen, a global manufacturer of German pens. The company will take over the North American operations for Ritter Pen.

The terms of the agreement specify St Regis will provide infrastructure, production, and logistical resources for Ritter Pen. This will allow Ritter Pen to provide a larger range of product offerings and improve service within the U.S. The Ritter Pen product line will still be manufactured in Germany.

“A partnership with the St Regis Group allows us to maximize the large-scale national market opportunities for Ritter Pen in the USA,” states Jürgen Riedel, managing director of Ritter Pen. “Expanding our distribution channels and increasing our serviceability in the USA is a key component of our overall growth strategy and this partnership with the St Regis Group will be crucial in facilitating this growth.”

Richard Firkser, president and CEO of St Regis Group, says, “We are excited to expand on our relationship with Ritter and value their trust in us to manage the sales, marketing, and fulfillment of their Ritter brand pens in the U.S.”

Ritter Pen will still maintain separate websites and catalogs. Fulfillment will be FOB Buffalo, New York, with plans to include fulfillment from St Regis Group’s Indianapolis facility.
