Do you have any recommendations for sublimating multiple ceramic ornaments at a time?

Use soft Nomex for the ornaments to drop/dip into the padding and wrap the transfer around the radius for best coverage and uniform printing. Pressing face-down, heating from the back, and, if delicate, using green heat conductive rubber over the back side are all recommended. Using those methods, print with firm pressure at 420 F for 4 minutes.
