When is the best time to start selling custom items to seasonal customers?

If you are selling any kind of custom award, it is beneficial to begin as early as 60 days before the event. It is always beneficial to advise your supplier of the event date and also your “in-hand” date in case the items are being engraved. This timeline allows for the time needed to cover all the details of the job, including your planning period with the customer. You will need to plan for product selection, art creation, production time, and shipping.
