Try this method to solve the transfer lines issue.
Another way to reduce or eliminate hard paper lines from heat transfer is to tear the edge of your sublimation transfer paper. This causes a more gradual edge and also a less pronounced line so it will not be as noticeable. This is more of a Band-Aid as the lines might still be there, but it could get you over the edge if you are close to solving the transfer lines issue.
