Manage Workplace Problems with Consistency
Prevent poorly made decisions.
It is important to deal with problems consistently. This prevents hastily made partial decisions and helps to avoid reoccurrence in the future. It also helps you gain the respect and trust of those around you. It is easy to use what you might feel is the best remedy for the moment, but keep in mind that this is not always the best long-term solution. The same problem can come back at a later date, and perhaps even more forcefully than its initial appearance. The last thing we want is a problem that spirals out of control because of an improper remedy.
