- Select a sandcarving film such as Lazermask or SR3000 Self-Stick 3mil or 4mil photoresist film.
- Apply a sandcarving stencil to the metal project and prepare for sandcarving.
- Sandcarve using aluminum oxide or silicon carbide 150 grit. Sandcarve the item until the polish or coating is removed.
- After the item is sandcarved, there is an option to add a paint-fill application. Remove the sandcarving stencil and clean the item.
