Finding the Right Process for Your UV-LED Applications
Determine if these factors are needed for the products you want to produce.
Once you select the proper ink set, you still are not ready to go into production until you decide if primer, adhesion promoter, adjusted print settings, or special treatment is needed for your products. Best case scenario, you clean your products, hit print, and it sticks like glue. If you do not get great adhesion, you need to try the jettable primer or a wipe-on adhesion promoter. Some products are great for UV printing, some products are not. We want you to enjoy your workday, so try to specialize in products that are a great fit for your machine and have a blast. Test, test, test.
