Are you unsure of what to charge for your laser engraved items?
Your time is valuable. One method to make money on your laser engraving projects is to charge at least a dollar a minute for machine run-time. If it takes 25 minutes to laser engrave an item, then that is $25 for machine run-time. In addition, you want to double the price of your product; if your product cost you $10, then you want to charge at least $20 plus your machine time. Some people charge for the design setup as well, which they charge about $60-$100 an hour. Shipping is also a major cost to keep in mind.
