Connecticut’s Sign Pro Inc. Hires New VP of Business Development
Although he most recently worked in adademia, Rick Mullins has an extensive business background, his new company say.
Plantville, Connecticut-based Sign Pro Inc., producers of all types of signage and graphics, announces the hiring of Richard (Rick) Mullins Jr. as its newly appointed vice president of business development.
In his new role, Mullins will be responsible for business development, commercial/express sales management and marketing.
The company says that creating this position will enable it to optimize processes in key areas of planning, reporting, quota management, training, program implementation, sales compensation administration and marketing. Mullins will identify opportunities for technology enhancements, prospecting and cross-functional productivity, the company says.
Most recently, Mullins’ background is as the former executive assistant to the president and director of the Institute of Technology and Business Development at Central Connecticut State University. He has a broad business background and a history of developing business relationships which will only help him in his new position, his new company says.
