LogoJET Opens Office in Bogota, Colombia
The company says it plans to serve the entire South American continent from the Bogota facility.
Lafayette, Louisiana-based LogoJET, makers of small-format, direct-to-substrate UV printers and inkjet solvents, announces the opening of its new office in Bogota, Colombia.
The company says it opened the regional service center in response to growth in the South American market, and it will serve as the hub for LogoJET sales and service throughout that entire continent.
“South America is a tremendous growth market for customization and personalization solutions,” says Susan Cox, LogoJET founder and CEO. “Bogota provides an exceptional business climate for launching our new regional center.”
Daniel Tobon has been named LogoJET’s director of technical solutions and will manage the Bogota office. He began with the company as a technical support representative and then advanced to technical specialist. He has more that 20 years experience in the industry, the company says.
LogoJET says it plans to hire more employees for its Colombia office and it will soon be offering in-house demos and hosting events to showcase its technology.
