Top Value Fabrics’ Offices to Close Briefly for Company-Wide Celebration
Employees from the company's Carmel, California, facility will travel to Indiana next week to take part in the celebration.
Carmel, Indiana-based Top Value Fabrics, a wholesale supplier of fabrics used in a variety of industries, including retail settings, banners and trade show displays, announces that this month, for the first time ever, it will bring its West Coast and Midwest offices togethers for a company-wide celebration.
The company says the celebration, to take place at its Carmel headquarters, is meant to celebrate each other, a successful year, and almost 10 years of employee ownership.
Because of this three-day meeting, the company will be shutting down its facilities briefly. It says that its offices will be closed from Wednesday, July 24, through Friday, July 26. Normal office hours will resume on Monday, July 29th, at 8 am Eastern.
“Being employee-owned is about more than just the financial benefit for our team members. It also fosters a culture of ownership and engagement, helping TVF be a great place to work,” says Chris Fredericks, president of Top Value Fabrics. “Our customers benefit from us being employee-owned as well since our team members care deeply about the business and helping our customers succeed.”
