For the First Time in Decades, Changes at the Top for Federal Heath

Euless, Texas-based full service sign and graphics company Federal Heath will have new leadership at the top at the end of this year for the first time in almost three decades.

President and CEO Kevin Stotmeister has already declared that he will retire at the end of 2019. He promoted executive vice president and chief executive vice president and chief operating officer Sid Rasnick to fill his shoes.

To ensure a smooth transition, Stotmeister will retain the title and duties of CEO until the end of the year, while Rasnick has already assumed the role of president.

By the time he steps down for good at the end of the year, Stotmeister will have had more than 39 years with the company and more than 26 as its president. Meanwhile, Rasnick is a 31-year employee who has worked and succeeded in numerous leadership positions with ever-increasing responsibilities over those years.

“Sid is uniquely qualified and eager to guide Federal Heath from the top spot during the years ahead,” says Stotmeister of his replacement.

“This is a very exciting time for our company-a time of many new profitable growth and continuous improvement opportunities,” he continued. “I look forward to this final year of my direct involvement with all of the Federal Heath team and ask that all join me in helping Sid move on to ever-greater success for Federal Heath.”
