Featured Project: Room for a Sign at the Inn
Schlosser Signs was launched in 1999 in Loveland, Colorado, and opened a new Denver office in 2014.
This featured project comes to us from just up the road north of SDG headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado. Less than an hour’s drive is Loveland, Colorado, where Schlosser Signs Inc. is located.
TJ Schlosser and family founded the company in 1999; he retired in 2012 after 36 years in the sign industry.
In 2009, the company celebrated its 10th anniversary by buying a new building and moving its headquarters into a 10,000-square-foot building near Interstate 25. In 2014 the company opened a new, 7,000-square-foot facility in Denver. The company had spent a year looking for a location to the south so it could better serve its clients not only in the Denver area and southern Colorado-it also does a lot of business in Wyoming and Nebraska-but also to better serve its expanding national clientele.
The company has grown to 40 employees, opened a second manufacturing operation in downtown Loveland, opened an energy efficiency service division, and expanded its contract manufacturing and installations services for national partners.
Schlosser Signs did these channel letters for a hotel owned by Marriott that opened in Fort Collins, which is just north of Loveland.
