Mutoh America Expands Partnership with Johnson Plastics Plus
Under the agreement Johnson Plastics Plus will become dealers for Mutoh's UV-LED printers, ink, and supplies.
Phoenix-based wide-format printer and cutter manufacturer Mutoh America announces an expanded partnership with Minneapolis-based Johnson Plastics Plus (JPPlus), a distributor of rotary and laser engraving materials and supplies. JPPlus recently expanded its product line to include Mutoh’s UV-LED printers, ink, and supplies.
“This natural expansion into UV-LED print technologies for signage and personalization industries makes perfect business sense for us,” says Steve Gluskin, JPPlus director of digital printing product development.
According to Mutoh, UV-LED printers give sign shops, awards retailers, and those who do personalization an easier way to enter into the growing world of UV-LED printing.
“We are excited to have Johnson Plastics Plus on board promoting our UV printers,” says Brian Phipps, president and GM of Mutoh America. “JPPlus has been a valued reseller for Mutoh America, and we are looking forward to strengthening our partnership.”
