Nimlok Chicago and Nimlok NYC Receive Awards
Both were recently honored at a trade show products industry conference.
Woodridge, Illinois-based exhibit and display company Nimlok, a division of Orbus Exhibit & Display Group, announces that Nimlok Chicago was presented with a 2019 Exhibitor Magazine Portable Modular award for its “Best Rental Exhibit” during the 2019 EXHIBITORLive Trade Show, an industry event for the trade show products industry.
Nimlok Chicago partnered with long-time client, Metroflor, to design and build a sustainably-focused exhibit featuring eco-conscious materials while maintaining a contemporary and inviting space. Visitors to the Nimlok booth were tasked with building three-foot “trees” using magnets or boxes, as part of Nimlok’s promoting The Conservation Fund.
The Conservation Fund plants trees in more than 40,000 acres of forest, specifically in endangered ocelot habitations within the lower Rio Grande region.
In soliciting contributions from those who wanted to take part in building the trees inside the booth, Nimlok Chicago raised more than $3,000 for The Conservation Fund.
In addition, at the same show, Nimlok New York City was announced a 2019 Exhibitor Magazine Find-It-Top-40 winner. Exhibitor’s Find-It-Top-40 recognizes the industry’s top exhibit producers based on evaluation in five categories: company and capabilities; honors and awards; thought leadership and industry participation; service and reliability; and creativity and key differentiators. More than 100 exhibit houses with offices in the U.S. or Canada applied for the honor in 2019, and Nimlok NYC was one of 40 recognized.
