Rob Lester Joins FLEXcon North America as Regional Sales Manager, West
Lester has more than a decade of sales experience.
Spencer, Massachusetts-based FLEXcon, a manufacturer of pressure-sensitive film products, announces the hiring of Rob Lester will serve as the new regional sales manager for its Western territory.
FLEXcon VP of sales, Harrison Chien, says Lester “has a proven track record for researching markets and creating winning strategies to grow business and improve profitability.”
Lester most recently served as the U.S. sales manager for ITW Labels, developing business strategies and helping to lead the company to extensive growth, according to his new company. He helped the company’s revenues from its grocery retail segment grow 60 percent, and he also provided sales leadership for ITW’s durable labels market, its consumer packaged goods segment, and its medical and high-tech markets.
