Graphic Finishing Partners Celebrates 10 Years
The company spun out of Southwest Binding and Laminating, which formed in 1966, strictly to serve the needs of the wide-format printers.
Maryland Heights, Missouri-based Graphic Finishing Partners (Gfp), which provides equipment and supplies to the printing industry, announces that it is marking its 10th year in business in 2019.
The company says that since 2009 it has been providing innovative laminating and mounting systems and supplies for the wide-format print industry through a network of dealers and distributors across North America. At a time when 70 percent of new businesses never make it to the 10th year, Gfp has become the sign franchise industry’s supplier of choice for wide-format laminators, it says.
Company founders Mitch Noble and Bob Pryor joined forces in 2009 to create a dedicated resource that would support and grow the wide-format graphic arts industry. With decades of experience in print finishing, they researched and developed equipment and supplies that could produce the highest-quality output without the highest price tag, and then built a team that backed it up with technical training and support.
The company says to watch for more news announcements in the coming months, as it is as committed as ever to bringing more innovation, support and efficiency to the graphic arts market.
Graphic Finishing Partners LLC is a wholly-owned division of Southwest Binding and Laminating, which sells only to dealers.
